Science 6(Arwine)

Course Description:

The 6^th grade science course is divided into three units covering topics in life science, earth & space sciences, and physical science. The course work will engage each student in the understanding of basic scientific processes and principals. Students will research, examine experiment, and draw conclusions about various science themes through hands-on demonstrations and laboratory activities, technology, integration, and self-directed inquiry. Science class should help students recognize science as a “real world” catalyst for life changes.
