Weekly Agenda: January 3 - January 6

Welcome! Back to SFSM. Hope everyone had a joyous Winter Break.
 
This week we will be reviewing Policies and Procedures and reviewing skills and techniques for warm-ups, stretching and strength exercises, as well as, do some moderate aerobic conditioning.
 

Weekly Agenda: December 12-December 16

The beginning of this week, we will conduct our monthly Pacer Run. When students have completed the test students will graph their progress. 
 
The end of the week we will be participating in multi games and activities.
 
Final day to submit Make-up Work will be Wednesday December 14th.
 

Weekly Agenda: December 5-December 9

This week we will continue our Unit in Bowling. Our emphasis will still remain on our Grip, Stance, 4 Step Approach, Release and Follow-through. However, we are going to introduce scoring the game of bowling.

Weekly Agenda: November 28-December 2

This week we will be introducing Bowling. Emphasis will be on teaching the Conventional grip, stance, 4 Step-approach and release, of the ball. Modified games will be introduced at the end of the week.

This week we will be wrapping up our Flag Football Unit. We will introduce game "play," rules and specific guidelines to playing the game.

Weekly Agenda: November 14-November 18

This week, students will be introduced to Flag Football. Emphasis will be placed on the skills of centering/snapping the ball, passing and catching.

Due to the passing of my father, a substitute teacher, will be leading my classes, with an emphasis on fitness, and students participating in a variety of games.

Weekly Agenda: October 31- November 4

This week we will be taking our written test in Soccer. Then, we will be concluding the Soccer Unit, by playing games. Plus, being that it is the first of the month, we will be participating, in our Pacer Run, and graphing students progress.

Weekly Agenda: October 24-October 28

This week we will be reviewing Soccer Dribble: Control and Speed techniques. In addition, we will introduce technique in Passing. Plus, we will handout Study Guides for our Soccer Test and review the Study Guide, later in the week.

This week we will introduce music to our Warm-up, Stretches and Strength Exercises. In addition, this week we will be introducing Soccer: Dribbling (Control and Speed).

This week we will be concluding our Pre-Test for our FitnessGram Fitness Testing:  Mile Run. In addition, we will complete make-ups for our fitness testing.

This week we will be taking our Golf Test. Then, we will go out and play modified game of Golf; teaching rules and strategies.

This week we will continue working in our GOLF unit, prating our Grip, Stance and Swing, using restricted flight golf balls.
 
Study guides will be issued, for next weeks Golf Test.

Weekly Agenda: September 12-September 15

This week (Monday) we will conclude our FitnessGram Fitness testing, with the exception of the Mile Run. We will take the Mile Run test, the week before Fall Break.
 
We will begin our NEW unit in Golf. We will introduce, grip, stance and swing - Chipping.

Weekly Agenda: September 6 - September 9

This week we will be continue reviewing/introducing our FitnessGram Fitness Testing, in regards to standard scores and skill technique. We will also review our SFMS Final Four Fitness Testing Challenge, in regards to standard scores to achieve to EARN a dry fit shirt.
