Weekly Agenda: August 29 - September 2, 2016

This week we will be reviewing/introducing our FitnessGram Fitness Testing, in regards to standard scores and skill technique. we will also review our SFMS Final Four Fitness Testing Challenge, in regards to standard scores to achieve to EARN a drift shirt.
 
In addition, we will be running our Pacer Run and graphing student results, as to keeping a monthly log for student performance.

Weekly Agenda: August 22 - August 26, 2016

This week we will continue teaching our 1st nine-weeks, Warm-ups, Stretching and Strength Exercises. Plus, we will introduce the Pacer Run, and how it is performed - aerobic conditioning. 
 
Student Emphasis: Again, will be on Students participating in 60 minutes of Daily Physical Activity.

Weekly Agenda: August 15 - August 19, 2016

This week we will still be collecting Health Forms and Policies and Procedures, as well as, issuing PE Uniforms. In addition, we will be starting our Introduction to SFMS Physical Education, plus, instruction, in first nine-weeks exercise program.
 
Student emphasis: to participate in an exercise program at home, in attempting to meet the DAILY requirement of 60 minutes of activity.
