Course Description

August 22 - August 26

We will introduce general conditioning:  warm - up, stretching, strength, and aerobic conditioning programs. We will also talk more about goal setting.

 

Weekly Agenda: August 15 - August 19, 2016

 

This week we will still be collecting Health Forms and Policies and Procedures, as well as, issuing PE Uniforms. In addition, we will be starting our Introduction to SFMS Physical Education, plus, instruction, in first nine-weeks exercise program.
 
Student emphasis: to participate in an exercise program at home, in attempting to meet the DAILY requirement of 60 minutes of activity.
