Weekly Agenda: October 24-October 28

This week we will be reviewing Soccer Dribble: Control and Speed techniques. In addition, we will introduce technique in Passing. Plus, we will handout Study Guides for our Soccer Test and review the Study Guide, later in the week.
 
In addition, we will continue teaching Target Heart Rate zones and calculating individual Target Heart rate zones, utilizing Resting Heart rate. Plus, we will continue instruction, utilizing the Ladder, and teaching footwork drills.
