This week, we will continue our Post-Test, for our FitnessGram Fitness Testing. Our goals will be to test in Pull-Ups and Pacer Run
 
We really encourage our students to do homework, in Physical Education, by practicing our warm-ups, stretching, strength exercises, aerobic exercise and a cool-down.
