April 9 - April 13, 2018

This week, we will continue our Post-Test, for our FitnessGram Fitness Testing. Our goal will be to complete Mile Run testing. As well as, working on general fitness and playing Volleyball.
 
We really encourage our students to do homework, in Physical Education, by practicing our warm-ups, stretching, strength exercises, aerobic exercise and a cool-down.
