This week, the Physical Education Department will be hosting Field Days, Wednesday - Friday. Students will attend Physical Education classes on Monday and Tuesday, participating in a variety of games.

 

We really encourage our students to do homework, in Physical Education, by practicing our warm-ups, stretching, strength exercises, aerobic exercise and a cool-down.
