October 2 - October 6, 2017

This week, we will run our monthly Pacer Run. Students goal is to run 5 or more, lengths that they completed in September. Also, they will be able to monitor their heart rate and effort level, in participating in the Pacer Run.
 
In addition, we will conclude our pre-test, in fitness testing, using the FitnessGram protocol. This measurement of fitness also includes our Final Four Challenge, where students have the opportunity, to earn dry-fit shirts, that they may wear during PE class, instead of the gray t-shirt. Our last test, the Mile Run will be completed this week.
